MEGA HEALTH CAMP, organized by Mercy Hospital in association with Kolkata Police Welfare Board, to monitor the health of the frontline fighters, especially the police personnel who fought against all odds to keep all of us safe & protected during the Pandemic.


Sunderbans being one of the most beautiful places in West Bengal was badly affected by the Amphan cyclone in May 2020.

The villagers were trying hard to overcome the after effects of the cyclone along with the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

Healthcare emerged to be a challenge for the local residents. Keeping the current scenario of the villagers of Sunderbans, #MercyHospital took an initiative of organizing a Health Camp at Piyali Island, Sagar Island & Jharkhali on the 12th December and 19th December 2020 and 3rd January 2021 with all the necessary safety measures of COVID -19 in mind.

In the camp, medicines were distributed free of cost along with proper consultation from doctors. Blankets were distributed by Ananta Seva Foundation for the hard winters.


Mercy Hospital organized a free health camp on 2nd February 2021 at Taherpur Mercy Clinic.
